About this learning path...

The "population needs" capacity examines an organization's ability to assess the needs of its target population in relation to its programs, services, and strategies. We go into the methods of creating a community needs assessment, and how we can create a demographic analysis in which all voices participate and are heard. 

Full participation in this certificate is applicable for 3 points in Category 1.B Education of the CFRE International application for initial certification and/or recertification.
