Organizational Capacity is an organization’s ability to assess its operational capacity and infrastructure in relation to making progress on its mission.

In the third (and final) lesson toward your silver Merit badge, you'll explore:

  • Two ways to improve organizational capacity, including how you operate and how you build abilities.

  • A revisit of the SMART goal structure in relation to building individual and team-level operational capacity.

  • Three additional goal frameworks to use in crafting capacity-building goals: OKRs, one-word goal-setting, and goal pyramids.
