Strategic planning is the process we use to enable our nonprofits to achieve their missions. It’s also the overarching ability–or capacity–to plan strategically over time.
Full participation in this certificate is applicable for 3 points in Category 1.B Education of the CFRE International application for initial certification and/or recertification.

Who is this learning path for?
Strategic planning is a skill that all nonprofit professionals can participate in, whether through leadership or support. The courses within the strategic planning learning path will offer new perspective on traditional and current planning processes and approaches. You'll enjoy a unique consideration of how you and others may be motivated or resistant to the planning process and outcomes. The Theory of Change is introduced in this learning path as well.
