Strategic planning is the process we use to enable our nonprofits to achieve their missions. It’s also the overarching ability–or capacity–to plan strategically over time.

Full participation in this certificate is applicable for 3 points in Category 1.B Education of the CFRE International application for initial certification and/or recertification.

Strategic planning is a skill that all nonprofit professionals can participate in, whether through leadership or support.
